Experience and Expertise:

All welding was performed IAW Mil-Std 248, 1649 and 4010.  This required a tremendous amount of quality and documentation control. Every joint had to be analyzed for compliance to spec.  Every welder had to undergo welders training and welders test before being assigned to work. Every completed weld joint had to undergo the applicable non-destructive testing (NDT) requirement to ensure its compliance to spec.
